CLEANSING BATH

Unlike a regular bath with soap, shampoo and water that cleanse the body, a cleaning bath works to cleanse the mind and spirit, using powerful ingredients that charge the bathwater with healing vibrations that help you remove blockages, hurts, pains and situations that are no longer serving you in any constructive way.

Our cleansing bath is meant to be a sort reset button for your energy, and they can even help you set meditative intentions. Every day that we step foot out the front door and into the world, we are surrounded with numerous types of energies and we pick up and carry a lot of them around with us without even realizing it in most cases. Some are good, and some are bad. If left to build up, negative energies can begin to wreak havoc in many areas of one’s life. When this happens, you might begin to experience things like bad luck in your endeavors, loss of money or love, a decrease in overall well-being or health etc.

WHEN TO TAKE A CLEANSING BATH Take a bath if you are feeling disconnected from your spiritual self, or if you have been sad, depressed, having conflicts in your environment. Take a bath also if you are feeling any symptoms of a lack of balance, such as: - Frequent headaches - Feeling blank or emptiness - Lacking energy - Bad dreams

HOW TO USE: First cleanse your space (bathroom) using our Palo Santo & Lavender Spray. Take a regular shower or bath, using soap and water (or whatever you usually use to bathe yourself). Then run a nice warm bath & add your desired amount of our Cleansing Bath. As you are adding the Cleansing Bath, you should be praying throughout the whole process. This could be a prayer from the heart in your own words, asking for the assistance of God, your ancestors, and spirit guides. Sit in bath for at least 15 minutes. When you get out of your Cleansing Bath air dry, or pat dry with a towel.
