Unlike a regular bath with soap, shampoo and water that cleanse the body, a self love bath works to cleanse the mind and spirit, using powerful ingredients that charge the bathwater with healing vibrations that help you remove blockages, hurts, pains and situations that are no longer serving you in any constructive way.

Our self love bath is meant to be a sort reset button for your energy, and they can even help you set meditative intentions. This is a Self Love Bath that you can do anytime you need to give yourself a little tender loving care.

As you are washing, think about washing away any negativity, any shadows. Appreciate your body and celebrate it. While you are soaking, be mindful of your thoughts!

HOW TO USE: First cleanse your space (bathroom) using our Palo Santo & Lavender Spray. Take a regular shower or bath, using soap and water (or whatever you usually use to bathe yourself). Then run a nice warm bath & add your Self Love Bath Tea.  As you are adding the Self Love Bath, you should be praying throughout the whole process. This could be a prayer from the heart in your own words, asking for the assistance of God, your ancestors, and spirit guides. Sit in bath for at least 15 minutes.

When you get out of your Self Love Bath air dry, or pat dry with a towel. *Comes with Heart Shaped Rose Quartz Crystal*
